London Free Open Pushing Hands Tai Chi Session

Brilliant, whether rain or shine (or snow!). An opportunity to play, exchange and share with different people, surrounded by the wonderful views of Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath.

Every Saturday, 8am – 11am

These sessions consist of non-style-based Tai Chi Pushing Hands exercises. Great for those wishing to improve their skills and those with an interest in competing. Everyone is welcome and the sessions are free! Sessions are relaxed, though demanding, and require an eagerness to train outdoors throughout the seasons!

Led and organised by the School’s principal teacher, Barry McGinlay.
